A gigantic double novel featuring 21 different serial killers...

For everyone who thinks the bad guys are so much more fun to read than the good guys, this is a book just for you. The definitive volume containing every major villain from the Crouch/Kilborn/Konrath Universe is here.

First, there was Serial, the collaborative smash-hit that has been downloaded 500,000 times and optioned for film.

Then came Serial Uncut, which expanded on that story.

Then Killers, the sequel to Serial.

Then Birds of Prey which introduced every major villain the writers had ever created into one cohesive novel. (Birds of Prey + Killers = Killers Uncut.)

And now, all that and more has been brought together for this definitive, omnibus monster, which at roughly 600 printed pages, is the length of two full novels...

Serial Killers Uncut

This epic work, over two years in the making, contains Serial Uncut, Killers, Birds of Prey, Crouch's Break You, an interview with the authors, and more.

Serial Uncut + Break You + Killers + Birds of Prey = Serial Killers Uncut

If you haven't read anything by Crouch, Kilborn, or Konrath, Serial Killers Uncut is the perfect introduction to the dark side of their universe. And if you enjoy a despicable bad guy (or bad girl), you're going to love this.

There are twenty-one serial killers featured in this book Lucy and Donaldson from Serial, Orson and Luther from Desert Places, Locked Doors, and Break You, Mr. K from Shaken, Alex and Charles Kork from Whiskey Sour and Rusty Nail, Isaiah from Abandon, Taylor from Afraid, Javier from Snowbound, and many, many more.

There are some good guys too, including Andrew Z. Thomas (Desert Places, Locked Doors), Jack Daniels (Whiskey Sour, Shaken), Violet King (Locked Doors, Break You), Tequila (Shot of Tequila), and Clayton Theel (Draculas).

Serial Killers Uncut is an original 120,000 word double novel that stands alone without having read any of Konrath's, Kilborn's, or Crouch's work. As a bonus extra, it also includes an additional 30,000 words of the following novel excerpts

Serial Killers Uncut eBook Blake Crouch Jack Kilborn JA Konrath

Serial Killers Uncut I could not put this book down. I had never read anything by any of these authors prior to this. The way the authors were able to seamlessly combine so many characters from so many books is amazing to me. In the beginning of the book, each of the main characters is listed with a brief background and links to the place in the book the character first appears. This works in reverse as well. If the authors meant for this book to hook readers on their characters so that readers will buy the authors' other books, it worked. I will definitely be checking out their other novels.

Serial Killers Uncut eBook Blake Crouch Jack Kilborn JA Konrath Reviews

I am beginning to think that I am as warped as the characters in any and every book written by these guys. I enjoy reading them entirely too much.

The story was gruesome to say the least but was written in such a way that I actually giggled and laughed myself silly the whole way through.

Watching all these serial killers "run" into and meet each other was beyond fun. Now I find myself wanting to go and read absolutely every book they all appeared in and have a marathon serial killer reading session.
You think you've read everything when you've read thousands of books and are as old as I am. But you haven't read everything until you've read this. Not for the squeamish or faint of heart. I'm seriously worried about the authors' states of mind. I've read a little of each author, but was not familiar with most of these characters; so I come to this book with a bit of a different perspective. As a relatively new reader, learning most of the characters for the first time. I imagine I'll have to keep buying all the books now to keep up with the characters I've just been introduced to. So, how sick does that make me?!

Excellent job, guys. Truly sick.

I loved every minute of reading about the psychos that Crouch and Kilborn have created. I have read almost all of Crouch's books and most of Kilborns so I was already familiar with 99% of the characters in this massive short story collection. It was really cool how the authors actually sat down and figured all the characters into a timeline. Very creative.

My favorites of the bunch were "An Unkindness of Ravens" where almost every character in their combined universe all come together at a gun and knife show and "Break You". Im a huge fan of the Andrew Z. Thomas series by Crouch and was happy to Luther Kite make an appearence in alot of the stories. He is the ultimate bad-ass. Im definitley looking forward to the conclusion in the upcoming Crouch/Kilborn collaboration "Stirred". As much as I like Luther its about time he gets what he deserves, and also hopefully the conclusion of the Donald/Lucy saga that started this whole thing. Also worth mentioning is "A Murder of Crows".

Overall, if you are fan of these two authors and have not read this book your doing yourself an injustice. Buy it!
This is a great book by one of my favorite authors. I had read Serial, which was excellent, but this one really got into the heart of the matter. As the description says, he brings all the bad guys from all his previous works together. Having not read the books in between Serial & this one, didn't make any difference since the narrative pretty well covered, imo, everything that was likely in those. I'm not a reviewer, but I highly recommend this book & if you haven't read anything by Blake before this, he might just become your favorite author as well.
*** CONTAINS NO SPOILERS!!! ***

If you are a TRUE horror fan, this book is for you. If you delight in blood, gore, mutilation, torture, and cold-blooded murder, this book will keep you glued to its every word. If a little part of you (or especially if a BIG part of you!) ever roots for the bad guy, you will relish this book!

It is shocking, thrilling, and (at times) hilarious! These authors have made the lives of serial killers exciting and suspenseful. You KNOW authors are good when they can make you sympathetic (maybe even a little envious) toward psychopathic, sadistic murderers! And these same authors can make you howl with laughter while reading about the heinous slaughter of innocent victims. Wow. That's quite an accomplishment!

This collection of interwoven tales exposes the lives and interactions of a diverse group of killers. It is not for the faint-of-heart by any means. The authors take an interesting point of view that of disparate group of serial killers whose lives are inexplicably interwoven. This collection of stories is hair-raising, and you'll be engrossed quickly and completely.

You owe it to yourself to read this book if you genuinely enjoy the horror/thriller genre.

●●●THANK YOU, BLAKE CROUCH, JACK KILBORN, AND JA KONRATH! Your hard work is appreciated and enjoyed more than you can imagine!●●●
I understand the challenge the authors set themselves... weave their many serial killer characters from other books into a single tale. Unfortunately, rather than a NEW single tale, they endeavoured to weave all the other stories/books together. Yes there was new material, but there were also whole sections from other books as well as bits that just referenced them as being the bit that comes next [eg the events of XXXX comes next].
There were elements that were interesting but, in the end, it felt like the authors had set out to try to advertise their other works.
Ultimately, I'm not sure what the point was and I was left feeling disappointed with the authors along with the book.
Serial Killers Uncut I could not put this book down. I had never read anything by any of these authors prior to this.
